Human remains found in garbage bag in West Side alley – Chicago Tribune newstrendslive

Chicago police said human remains were discovered Tuesday morning inside of a garbage bag left in a West Side alley.

About 7 a.m., remains were discovered in a garbage bag left in an alley in the 4800 block of West Walton Street in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

Chicago police were conducting a death investigation pending autopsy results.

No further information was immediately available.
